Madison, AL Beyblade Tournament Report: X Destiny 1 at Collector's Destiny

Hosted by Ingulit and myself, the first official BBX Season 0 Tournament of the Rocket City Bladers was a success! Though we did not cap out, we had enough participants to make group round robin possible, so everyone had plenty of opportunity to let it rip with friends old and new! Huge shout-out to the venue Collector's Destiny for being such great hosts to us. 1on1 worked really well for a first round format to allow a lot of battles without dragging along, and the finals deck format allowed competitors to better showcase their blading style. Though this was my first WBO tournament to manage, it went off relatively smoothly, plus it showed me a number of ways to increase the production value and engagement for future events, such as having a large scoreboard behind stadiums for spectators or displaying the tournament brackets. Here in the RCX we like to up the ante, so our next event will be even bigger and better than the last, blink and you'll miss it!
