According to Neil he is working for Nelvana. And that he is indeed working on the score worldwide. Thus MFB is a Nelvana show.

Yes I am doing this score (have already composed over half the library
in January/February). Nelvana traditionally re-contracts music when
they post the English dub .. but I believe this is the first time that
Nelvana's music licensing is worldwide.
When I composed on Pandalian, Bakugan and the current Bakugan
projects, Nelvana's music licensing was for everywhere except Japan.
