Then create a paypal account and use the gift card you just buyed as the "credit" card for the acccount.

You should try to be a little more specific on a few.
L-Drago - Which L-Drago do you mean. Lightning L-Drago or Pre-HWS drago

Storm Pegasis with the red energy ring and blue storm wheel (Umm are you talking about the one that comes with the Vortex battle set released by hasbro?)

Black Dragoon. Which Dragoon GT(GT is the only one I know of that had a release of a black recolor)

Also you listed Galaxy pegasis twice.

Lightning Ldrago you can get from him as well. He also has those transforming blades.
Dragoon gt black is gonna be hard to find and without buying the set so will the recolored pegasis
