Layer Weight - Metsu

Metsu (滅) is a Layer Weight released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Gatchinko Layer System. It debuted in Japan with Booster Zwei Longinus Drake Spiral' Metsu on June 22nd, 2019.

==Description==

Metsu has 4 hexagons, two on each side, however, unlike Ten, they connect, resulting in a Z shape. This shape allows it to synergize well with Zwei or Judgement. However, the downside that prevents it from being the best Layer Weight for this purpose is that it is too light compared to Diabolos 1 or Goku. This renders it outclassed by both of them for Attack. However, it is still more useful than Ten, providing a better distribution of weight. If you do not have Diabolos 1 or Goku, it is a passable option for Attack combinations.

==Overall==

Metsu is too light to find regular usage, however, it has better weight distribution than some other weights, and can be used for Attack combinations. Therefore, it is not a must-have amongst Gatchinko Layer System weights, but a welcome addition to any blader's collection. However, the advent of heavier and better layers that don't use Layer Weights renders every Layer Weight outclassed in Standard. Therefore, Metsu is recommended for collection purposes only.
I think Metsu’s design would work on anything 2 bladed.
