Layer Base - Cosmo is a stamina type layer that features a smooth lower circular layer meant to minimize friction with the stadium floor and upper blades meant to increase centrifugal force. In theory, Cosmo’s lower layer should reduce recoil while the upper blade increases centrifugal force to keep Cosmo spinning. In reality, most layers will hit the upper blades which feature significant recoil making Cosmo easier to knock out and burst. Overall Cosmo is best used against low-recoil stamina types allowing Cosmo to utilize its circular layer.
