More importantly, why is the Playstation 3 logo at the top of the box rather than along the side like EVERY OTHER PS3 GAME?

Also it already has an ESRB rating, which typically doesn't happen until a few weeks before a games release and I'm PRETTY SURE this won't be coming out in the next few weeks sooooo....

I mean seriously, this could pass for the new Turok game box art with that tribal font and slashed roman numeral 3. Kingdom Hearts is a pretty family friendly game and I highly doubt the cover would ever look like this.
