Having two free-spinning parts doesn't necessarily mean that it works against you, take Silver Wolf 9-60 Free Ball as an example!
Silver Wolf's blade has a free-spinning ring on the bottom and Free Ball is also free-spinning, so Silver Wolf 9-60 Free Ball is doubly free spinning! If you're interested in changing this idea into the CX Line then, personally, I've seen Emperor Blast (Free) 9-60 Free Ball work well!
