Since im having a Hard time looking for a Bahamut blitz, is possibile to swap one using a 4-50 with rachet of different height like 1-60/70/80? Or did they make the 50 series different internaly?

I'm pretty sure that any height ending in 0 have the same construction, and can be swapped freely.

Yeah, still the same no difference. Shark scale still works fine with 1-70 which is a meta, or your you're asking something else.

is safe to rachet swap and homebrew a 1-50 using as a base a 4-50 i Own with a 1-XX rachet as a Donor? Or are the x-50 rachet incompatibile with x-60/70/80 rachets?

Yes you can make a 1-50 out of a 4-50 and a 1-xx ratchet

I think the outer rings of the 50 heights might be a little bit thinner/flatter than other heights, but I can't check right now. If you have a 4-50 and a 4-60 or similar, you could probably compare.
