Dear World Bladers,
Thank you for your continued support of the WBO.
We regret to inform you that, due to the immense popularity of Beyblade X, we have decided to part ways with Beyblade as a whole.
This decision was not made lightly, and was only made after long, thoughtful discussions, and careful consideration for the effects this would have on the community. We want to express our gratitude to Beyblade as a whole, for the wonderful competitive landscape it has fostered on this website. We also wanted to thank the World Bladers in the community for their support of the World Beyblade Organization.
The community has grown so large that we believe it can operate on its own, without our website. As such we will be rebranding, with a new focus on two competitive communities that we would like to help grow and support.
Firstly, we have noted a growing number of individuals named Dan in our community. We would like to foster a competitive space for Dans looking to battle other Daniels within a proper infrastructure.
We believe other names have had their time to shine under the sun, so from now on all usernames on the website require Dan in order to participate in the WBO Ranked League.
Secondly, the B-Daman franchise has recently returned to the public eye. This is another large toy franchise also produced by Takara Tomy, and previously brought to North America via Hasbro. These marble-shooting robots are primed for competitive gameplay!
It’s time to B-Da Battle with your fellow Dans! Effective April 1st, 2026 (JST), we are the World B-Dan Organization!
