i dont live in japan or u.s but there are alot of good bladers in my area so im thinking its possible for me to host a tournament i might post flyers.

You're supposed to introduce yourself here not saying that you can host a tournament (I'm not saying you can't, just I don't think it belongs in here). Anyway, what you posted is kind of irrelevant here.
