You misunderstood his post. What Xxgingka1998xX, or Francel, posted is "welcome to WBO!u better follow the rules! lolz". The rest of what you see is part of his signature. Right now, he got the picture he was using removed because it was too large and therefore broke our rules, and that image got replaced by the message you see "Signature was too large. READ THE RULES." He did not write that himself.
