Even if it was 'stupid', in your words, to other members it still stands as a slogan.
"Slogans are for losers"- If you don't know, most people have slogans that make them popular, especially politicians, and seeing their bank accounts, they're no losers you know.

I was thinking something along the lines of "WBO, where legends/bladers are made!" or "WBO, Let it Rip!".

I like the first one a lot better but the second is more uniform & has that classic feel to it. Its simple and clean.
