Honestly a TT vs Habro stadium doesn't really help i mean sure TT is higher quality but at the end of the day It doesn't really matter. Same design. Same thought process...

Phoenix is a heavy, high-recoil blade. It's still incredibly good, too. Its best use case with what you have is likely Soar Phoenix 3-60 Rush. Strong attack type with solid stamina. Putting Needle on a blade that aggressive will result in losing outspins to stamina types and getting KO'd by attack types. All without being able to generate meaningful KO power itself without help.
Frankly, Helm Knight is not very good. There aren't really viable parts anywhere on it, so your best bet is almost certainly going to be playing it stock until your Wizard Rod comes in, at which point you will likely be playing that stock.
