Metal needle destroys stadiums, and is banned in literary every tournament, HN is meh, nothing great but usable, but rod 1-60 rush would be good
HN's height causes bad burst resistance, and needle bits rarely have better defence than ball bits. As for the keel shark, 9-60 LR is pretty good, but MN can punch through stadiums and isn't very good anyway.
