OTC stands for Off The Chain, it was an old, HIGHLY competitive beyblade forum from back in the day, that shut down a long time ago.
Hm, IIRC there are some here. I just don't recall who exactly. But seriously, there are some from OTC. I think Spinster is still on here too!
