Hello!
I want to hold a beynifit tournament.
When:Between the 20th-27th of April(On the holidays)
Where:Nurragingy Reserve
Who is hosting it:Me
Reg. fee is $4 and 3/4 of the money will go towards Japan to help the earthquake victims.
There will be no prizes.

Considering you are not planning on getting this approved, you cannot promote it. Furthermore, where does the other one dollar go ? To you ? Seriously, everyone should just directly donate to their local Red Cross for Japan, that is the safest way, because it is not even sure that you, whoever you are, will really donate the money to Japan ...
