Considering the HMS series launchers were ripcord-based and multi-directional, I don't think they will have problems.

They Even Have Thermal Lacerta And Thunder Leone.
Aquilaz112, we already saw the Fury Capricorn and Poison Pegasis set. In fact, not only did we see the colours, but we also saw the bad parts Poison Pegasis comes with.
isnt it obvious why they dont include beylaunchers in their products? its because when you would pay the price of a beyblade for a beylauncher, and its included with a beyblade, they just lost 9 dollars. in hasbro's mind, is "why let them pay 9 dollars for a bey and beylauncher, when we can charge 9 dollars apiece for them?" they lose money, a light launcher probably costs them 2 cents to make.

I suppose you have never heard of setting a proportionate price, so increasing the price if it comes with a Beylauncher, what TAKARA-TOMY has always been doing ...
oh, i see, since i don't know how to translate JPY into USD, i had no idea the price was higher.

and anyway, they know kids or their parents wont want to pay more than what a bey already costs. some parents think thats a lot already, but they wont want to pay more, just for a better launcher as opposed to the perfectly fine launcher it comes with. i prefer the light launcher to a beylauncher, i just need a longer winder. but hey, at least they come with a launcher.
The Right Launcher is really bad compared to the Beylauncher and the Rev-Up Launcher.
i prefer the accuracy and control over power, anyway, i dont battle with attack types anyway. i dont need all that power.
Actually, if you dont use attack. Then you should be using string launcher. Stamina and defense dont really require the precision that attack types do.

If you keep practicing with the Beylauncher then you can get that control ...
the way i launch destroys the beylaunchers i buy. i put the launcher grip in the way i would insert a light launcher, but i pull the string towards me. it shaves the plastic on the launcher and it shreds the string so it cant retract right, therefore rendering it useless.

well then stop launching with it wrong and launch it correctly Wink
thats like asking a British guy to to speak in an american accent for the rest of his life, you cant do it...
For me, the light launcher is awesome, because I use an extra long Dragon Ripcord that came with a game that you plug into the television.

However hasbro tries to make all launchers look the same and the hms and mf have completely diffrent styles of launchers an I doubt that they will release launchers similar to hms just for 1 beyblade.
Do you have any clue what BladeStorm meant? They have done it before with the HMS series, they will not have trouble making beylauncher L/R. But hell, I'm not surprised if they do have Light Launcher L/R.
I was looking at th hasbro metal masters and saw inferno gasher and was wondering what that would be?

Why Don't You Read Threads? Inferno Is The HWS Rendition Of Pre-HWS Sagittario And Gasher Is The Hasbro's Name For Cancer.

all you techniquly need to do is get hasbros left launcher cut a hole in the top (circle) get right spin prongs, the screw them into the gear thing Tongue_out so yeah hasbro will be able to make them as you and BladeStorm said to be honest i tried to make one as i want to beat hasbro to making a L/R but the little gear pole like thing is to thin and narrow Pinching_eyes_2

Actually, it may not seem pointless. When you first launch the electronic bey, you can control the movement, with the buttons on the launcher. Only for a couple of seconds, when it still has some stamina.

However they will not be allowed in any tournaments, so they are extremely pointless. They do not even seem to have any real metal in them.
That Wall Street Journal article DranzerX13 posted in the anime section has a lot of useful tidbits. Apparently 15 million Beyblades were sold in 2010, and apparently both Nelvana and Hasbro have the idea that "innovate or die" is the only way this franchise can maintain popularity. Which would explain the RC, and electro battlers - even if they are useless.

Anyways, it also says:

Quote:There are also tournaments at every level, from regional play, which will begin late summer, to the national level, where winners will be sent to Comic Con New York in October, to the World Beyblade Championships, which will be held in spring 2012. At the world forum, 22 countries will be participating, with similar time frames and competition levels.

A year late to start real organized play, but hey it's a start.
Surely more units could have been sold if Hasbro could keep up with the demand worldwide, especially in Europe and in Australia ...
