General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

I got an email back from the manager of Toywiz. He does not have the information at the moment since it is the weekend, but he will try to check on Monday for us. According to him however, the new releases can only be either :

- Recolours;
- Surprisingly entirely new Metal Wheels that Hasbro decided to make.

He thinks it would not be unexpected that Hasbro actually starts creating new Wheels, however he seems certain that they are not going back to the Metal System.

Moreover, a very good news for us : Beyblade Metal Fusion is apparently selling extremely well, almost as good as the older series years ago at this moment. It is good to hear that because most of the time we have no idea how well in general the Beyblade toyline is doing all around the world, but if it is doing so well on Toywiz, I think we can expect that sales are very good elsewhere as well.
Has anyone seen this at there local TRU, Target or Walmart, etc.

Super Vortex With Grip and Sagittario: http://www.amazon.com/Hasbro-Beyblades-M...9&sr=1-115
thats the special TV offer set. you can't get it in stores like that
I think that the 4 Beyblade's that we have no info on. (Midnight Bull, Fury Capricorn, Night Virgo, Torch Aries,) Are probably the Metal System Beyblade's! I mainly think this because I noticed something. There is a Metal System Version of each of the 4 Beyblade's listed. (Bull, Virgo, Capricorn, Aries)

Also the new MFB Duotron Launchers are exactly the same as the Plastic Generation Duotron Launchers. Not to mention that they are a Wal*Mart exclusive item!

I've got a strange feeling in my thighs that tells me that these "new hasbro exclusives* are just repainted metal wheels.

I don't think so. In the Super Vortex Set the Storm Pegasus and Lightning LDrago have Red and Blue Metal Wheels and they didn't change the name.

Seriously ? I just posted that the manager of Toywiz believes that Hasbro will not bring the Metal System. Read my post, seriously ...

We already know about that launcher.

I read your post, and I know that it is unlikely. Although that still doesn't mean that Hasbro isn't doing that. That is what he believes. Which doesn't mean they aren't doing it. After all, only time will tell.
I think the guy has a tiny bit more knowledge on what Hasbro is doing than you BH

Yes, he probably does, but Kai-V said that he doesn't have his information with him because it's the weekend.
He still reads it though, and I doubt you have many/if any sources of information?

Nyeh, I guess you're right. Btw, no, I don't have any sources. it's pure speculation. Either way, it's still possible.

Just like George bush becoming a mensan is Possible.
The manager of Toywiz has been part of the company for years. When Bakuten Shoot Beyblade was popular, he was there; sometimes, they held tournaments in their own warehouse; they seem to have tighter links with Hasbro as can be observed in the fact that they know the upcoming releases earlier than almost anybody and they receive stock faster than any other store.
Well, the only way we'll find out is to wait and see. HOPEFULLY it is something worthwhile. Anyways, thanks for putting the time out to try and figure this out Kai-v.
hm im wondering since the duotron launcher is a BEYLAUNCHER ACCCESORY IF IT WILL be a double rightspinlauncher with left spin prongs?

Well, you should note all the recolors already out there, and that these are actually listed by Hasbro as separate metal wheels on the beyblade battles site. But, I can't imagine your posting that seriously since it's been discussed multiple times over the course of multiple topics. Would you just hold off until we actually get information?

Mods: Can you just mod any further discussion of this? I can't imagine anything savory could happen until we receive some actual information.
Rearding comments on the last page...

the loose part did through me off a bit...it is possible I guess...

in regards to the beywiki, should we add Helios Pegasis and Lengendary Pegasis and Ldrago to the "Other" versions for thier respectuve pages, or are these unofficial customs manufactered by Toywiz? basicly i am asking if hasbro ever gave Toywiz premmission to release these beys? Only someone who knows should answer this.

Agreed. This thread should definatly be kept under watch until someone has posted hardcore evidence

From Hasbro's 2011 Investor's Day Report:

They see Beyblade as a key franchise for success in 2011. Obviously it isn't #1 priority given 2011 is a Transformers movie year.
not necisarily...

...there is no Megan Foxx in the next Transformers movie.

lol
True Story: I've probably spent less than 23 minutes on BeybladeBattles.com. Those numbers seem kind of low, especially the unique visitors one. Did they miss a zero or two?

lol

Megan Fox has no bearing on how many toys Hasbro sells (nor does she have any real effect on the performance of those films). They rarely make figures of the humans, and when they do, it's always a toss away tiny one.

Besides, I'd be willing to say Dark of the Moon outgrosses Revenge of the Fallen fairly easily.
it was a joke, lol. my point was MEGAN FOX IS HOT! lol

anyway, let us get back on topic

No, definitely not. For different stickers, it is not relevant to add them on Beywiki.

I, amongst others, am always watching this topic.
if they are official, they should deserve an extremly small (emphesis on EXTREMLY SMALL) mention somewhere, even if it is just a sticker change.
Look at the Dragoon S page

Dude, how could you even possibly ask if they were manufactured by Toywiz? Seriously, use some basic reasoning.
They are loose. What does that mean? It means Toywiz took a Hasbro product out of the package and made alterations. I don't mean to sound condescending, but I can't tell if you're serious or not.
