General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

I wish they would already come out in Surrey/Vancouver BC Im getting tired of waiting XD
@ theflightyeelz, The ridge looks the same as the one on the Iron Battlefield stadium, which doesn't affect the Takara RF very much until it REALLY slows down.

@To, Jeez, How there be so much BeyStuff in just one aisle!? I REALLY wish I was in Canada now! It doesn't look like there are any Reaction Chambers there yet, though. Guess the store found them as pointless as some people thought that they were.
To has already tried out RF a few times in the stadium.
He's said that it's enough to stop it self KO'ing, meaning I'd assume it'd stay within the area.

As mentioned above, when you get a sliding shot off the RF just goes normally with its flower pattern (which is difficult for me to capture on camera it seems, lol). Without a sliding shot, it just circles the ridge.
have you tried just positioning the camera on a box or the edge of a bed nearby so you have your hands free to launch?
Also looking back on your video, you've mentioned that the blades get stuck in the pockets.
This is a lot better than them simply bouncing back out, which was the previous problem with Hasbro pockets.

Ah, okay then. Sorry.
It's fine, it's just best not to comment on something you don't own or haven't tested unless you have a really good knowledge of the game.
Even admin were unsure of the performance of the stadiums, and to an extent still are until we get some conclusive tests back from Kei at some point over the next two days.
Yeah, that's actually how I shot the footage. It's just that I can't get off a sliding shot to save my life, lmao. Anyways, expect the first video to appear on my Youtube channel in about an hour due to uploading and processing.

EDIT - It's up.
Tommorow, im going to the ToysRus in Pickering/Ajax, i hope, that they have them there, i really, dont wanna be sad when i get there and see none Q_Q

i plan to get:
Storm Pegasis
String Shooter
Grip
Thunder whip Stadium
Rock Leon

AND MABEYE

Dark Wolf
Dark Bul
There's a Dark Bull x Rock Leone double pack so if you want those two. I believe the Dark Bull in that pack features a different track, and tip than the standard booster release. Can't remember the name since I didn't buy it, but it definitely wasn't the normal one.

That actually looks pretty good.
Could do with a steeper slope.

The stadium barely has a slope Speechless
So far it looks like hasbro if off to a good start. The only complaint is the 2 packs IE storm Aries 125S. The Storm Wheel is used in attack combos not stamia so why Hasbro put a S track on it is beyond me.
So "To" have you used the code yet and if so how is the online play?

Hm, TAKARA-TOMY constantly does this in Random Boosters.

Why do you not call them ...
To... have you done any testing with the stadium? I want to see how it compares to the TT stadium, especially with attack types...

Thanks for posting the vids! Smile
DO u know any place where beyblades came out
?
At least scroll up before you ask:

Spoiler (Click to Hide)

The stadium isn't that great. The beyblades end up in the pockets more often because they are parallel to eachother, the walls are a tad high, and the base isn't very concave. The sliding shoot is much harder to perform, and will more often lead beyblades straight into the pockets. The beyblades do very odd movements in the 2 pointed corners of the stadium, and sends beyblades directly to a pocket half the time. Not to mention, that the pockets have rounded edges, so beyblades escape them much easier.

Overall, it's an alright stadium for what it is, and there really isn't any other option (unless you want to pay bigger $$ for a Takara Tomy Attack Stadium)
Just wait till the summer they are gonna do the Weird-On-Wheels beyblade thing across Canada. From what I've been told at least a friend of a friend of mine worked with them last year said they gonna have beyblades this year. (Can you guess how many free blades he got from working with them Tongue_out)"Can you guess what my cut was?"
I've yet to have any of the Blades pop out of the pockets (my video posted above shows them all staying in the pockets), nor has pocket KOs been a common thing with me. I've had maybe 1 self KO with Storm Pegasus, but that's when it bounced off a wall. But yeah, sliding shoot seems to be pretty difficult in that stadium (although this could be me being rusty), and it isn't the steepest of stadiums.
Honestly, Do you think it's possible the portable stadium will be better than this?
Because hasbro it seems is doing the thing they always did:Make horrible stadiums. Gasp
why doesn't hasbro just take the TT stadiums... is it a danger issue? (like to they think the blades getting KOed may hit a kid in the face or something? ... and you know america... that means time to sue)

Yeah, I'm not sure why they decide to ignore the Takara stadiums and make their own. There was some small discussion about this a couple pages ago...

They are, but they could've used stadium fences like Takara along with the Takara stadiums, or eliminated the pockets. I still find that really annoying.

EDIT: No one uses them though lol It's pretty much just there so that Takara cannot be sued or held liable if something were to happen when the Beyblade flew out the stadium.
