General B-Daman Thread

So what would a good core/body combination be?
Also, would you suggest buying a core booster and slot=beedle or something of the sort?

Honestly, right now, the Core Random Boosters don't really offer anything much. You're better off getting a decent core from a starter.

Right now, I'd say the top cores are:
Power: Rising, Spike (Jet will likely get added here as well)
Rapid-Fire: Sonic, Mach
Control: Kreis, Assault

Though, you ask for a good core/body combination, but what type are you after? Power? Rapid-Fire? Control? Confused
Eh, any would have been fine, but I guess power. With a bit of either control or rapid fire, whichever would work better.
Could you list the best for each type, if its not to much trouble?
This is only my personal overview, so it's a matter of opinion. Other people probably have better choices.

Power
Rising Core + Any Body Set + Cannon Arm + Buster Leg + Twin/Tornado/Cyclone Magazine

Rapid-Fire
Sonic/Mach Core + Eagle 2 Body Set + Tornado/Cyclone Magzine + Dash Stabiliser

Accuracy
Kreis/Assault Core + Any Body Set that feels comfortable to you + Convert/Lock-On/Grip Barrel + Buster Leg/Dash Stabiliser + Wide/System/Tornado Magazine
Thanks!
And sorry for all the questions, but which would be the cheapest?
The Rapid-Fire set would be the cheapest. Though saying that, Eagle 2 can only be obtained in Body Random Boosters, so it may be difficult to obtain.
Ok, last question, haha. Can eagle 2 be replaced with any other body?
Also, does anyone have the link to the b daman forum someone here made a bit ago? I can't seem to find the link anywhere.
Eagle 2 is my preference due to the Course Navi Leg, but I guess you could use any body you want.

As for the forum, it was closed.

Hey guys, take a look at this
a special model of Spike=Phoenix for the B-Daman Asia Championship
Hasbro Update!

Yes, all is ruined. Cores are now divided into three names. If a core is Power, it will be called "Thunder", if it is Precision, it will be "Strike" and if it is Rapid-Fire, it will be "Lightning".

That said, it does appear that each core has a sub-name as well. The Lightning core on Dravise has "Rev", while Cobra and Dragren have "Stroke" and "Power" respectively.

In addition:
Sharks has been changed to Fin.
Sasword has been changed to Scorpio.
Eagle has been changed to Avian.
Bearga stays as Bearga.
Leohjya has been changed to Leo.
Dragren stays as Dragren.
Grip Barrel has been changed to True Aim Barrel.
Quick Loader Magazine has been changed to Quick Reload Magazine.

So yeah...this is kinda...mixed? I don't like the whole Thunder, Lightning, Strike thing; I would rather the cores keep their names, but y'know. Opinions guys?
They thought Fin was a great idea for Sharks ... UGH!
Lightning One-Sided Fin? Is that what it would be? Argh.

Nope, just "Lightning Fin". Providing they don't change the name, the sub-name would be "One Sided". The subname doesn't really make any difference to the name of the B-Daman though.
So all rapid fires for example would be lightning ______?
Pretty much, yes. No idea what they'll do for Perfect-types, but it better be decent.
Watch it be "Epic." That would be horrible.
Anyway, can't say I like the naming, but we can really call it whatever we want, so it's ok I guess.
"Epic" is unlikely. Notice, we have "Thunder", "Lightning" and "Strike". All three are associated with each other in some way.
I was kidding, though it seems like something Hasbro would do.
Tempest maybe?

Sorry for the double post, but why was the forum closed?
@ Ultramarine: Well, Trap said something on his profile about losing interest in the hobby. I don't know whether he's talking about B-Daman or Beyblade, but judging on how the forum was closed, I would probably say B-Daman.
Oh. Well if no one is making another one, I guess I could...
@ Ultramarine: I would recommend using ZetaBoards to make your forum
Ok, thanks!
I'll post the link here when I'm done.
@ Ultramarine: Ok then
