General B-Daman Thread

I'm not sure about it, but I don't think so. I was thinking about getting it soon though, and if I do get it before you i'll be sure to tell you.

Edit: Also anyone interested in the competition idea, please PM me ASAP, so that I know wether to follow through with the idea or not.
Hey guys, sorry it's been so long since I've been free.

I took a look at the latest release names, and figured a few things out (maybe).

"Kreis-Reidora" is now being posted as "Kreis-Zerotora". Also, the CB-63 "Stabilizer Magazine" may have been the Tune Up Gear on Gunlock=Wolg in the 9th ES episode. We're also set to see another Garuburn DX set, CB-71, as well as a new Sasword B-Daman in a random booster, a stand-alone release of the Scope Magazine from CB-49, and what appears to be another version of the Cannon Arm.

I've only just recently returned to B-Daman myself, so I need to know what's been going on community-wise.
Not much, where did you get this information from?
I got the CB-58 Cannon Arm today. It's great. The grip is really comfortable and and emblem charge is really solid. Adds a lot of power.

I'll have a video review up soon.
cool, I ordered mine a week ago, together with gunlock=vorg, some b-dama and some other tune-up gear

I want to start a Google Group, that focuses on all things B-Daman, using input from others. For instance, the name, the content, etc... I need input.

First off, the name. I was thinking "B-Daman United", but I'm not sure. If anyone can provide me feedback, that would be great.
Sorry for quoting such an old post, but I was wondering if this was going to happen? Also, if I could suggest something, it could be a forum, unless there's one of those already.

Curious George:Unfortunately, I have very little free time these days. But I'm still working on something.

Also, at the TakaraTomy B-Daman blog, there's an article about Spike Phoenix and its relation to Super B-Daman's Phoenix series.

Also interesting to note is they managed to keep all those Super B-daman in great condition all these years. Still, it makes for an interesting nostalgic throwback.
I noticed that if you place your two index fingers between Torque=Bearga's claws and the red claw looking things extending out of the torque core that it will put more stress on the core making a more powerful shot. My question is, is this considered "illegal" in takara-tomy's rules or is it designed to do this?
EDIT: take note that when you do this it has more power than any other b-daman I have used (and I have a good collection of b-daman) also if you hold the safety button while doing this you can shoot pretty far in the air, which you aren't "suppose" to be able to do....

I knew that Spike=Phoenix had some sort of tie to the older Super B-Daman series.

I wonder what the holes on the head, arms, and feet are for??? It shows a picture of them.
My gunlock=worg arrived today, It's actually a shame that they call it a power type b-daman. The emblem charge gives a lot of power, but when you don't press the emblems, the b-dama almost falls out of the core. It just has no power!
@ trap: Perhaps backwards compatibility with parts from the older Super B-Daman era Phoenix series?

That would be rad but I highly doubt they'd do that considering how rare and expensive super b-daman are (not to mention I've never noticed any parts on the super b-daman phoenix series that can "peg" into something) *could be wrong though*. I think you might be able to put parts from garuburn or some other b-daman on it( like the translucent blue pieces on garuburn's head) . Btw if anyone has any questions about Super B-daman feel free to contact me because I know a good bit about them and own a few of them .
@ trap: Did you watch the Super B-Daman anime? From what I could make out, that in the setting of Super B-Daman, every B-Der each has a special marble to represent them, am I right?

Yes I have watched the super b-daman anime, and I'm not sure about that considering the versions I watched were in Vietnamese or Japanese with no English subs lol.
Vietnamese Dub:

Japanese:

I recommend watching the first few episodes in Japanese, the Vietnamese version is kinda annoying due to the fact it is dubbed directly over the Japanese audio so you hear Vietnamese and then you hear Japanese in the background (not to mention there are only like 3 or 4 episodes that are in Japanese so you will have to switch to the Vietnamese version to watch the rest of the episodes) .
@ trap: So the Vietnamese dub was poorly done. Anyways, do you have any of the older Super B-Daman since you know a bit about it?

I have (currently)
Junker unicorn
Burning Atlus (the one in my avatar)
Master Koryauo SP II
I did have a Wild Wyven but its gone now haha
You can see most of the super b-daman at this site:

(just click previous or next at the bottom of the page)
Anyway back to the topic of cross fight b-daman, I broke the tab's on Garuburn's arms holding the emblems(by accident .-.)...now when I use the emblem it has way more power because I can push the emblem in more and put more stress on the core. (This is against takara-tomy rules but I thought I'd just throw it out there)
TT has updated their dev diary with info on Kreis Raydra, he looks great. His core looks very useful for accuracy, and his head can go down to look cool and provide a scope. They even tease us with an image of him with fusion parts possibly from another B-Daman. It's not darked out very much so you can see it easily. He comes out on 12/28.

Do you know anything about Master Koryakuo? Is he a real B-Daman Master or a fictional character played by an actor?

He's a fictional character used to sell the toys lol. xD
On another note I have been looking all over YJA for Spike=Phoenix and haven't found one yet.... Unhappy
@ trap: Perhaps because the event where Spike=Phoenix gets distributed hadn't come to pass yet
Looks like at least the four special B-Daman this time around will have translucent emblems and parts. Neat.

I thought it was ordered through Coro coro? Guess I need to read the TT page again lol.
It seems so cool
