Yeah... I'm not sure the casual players they're marketing it towards will swallow paying $150 for an accessory.

I'm predicting a bomb as well.
Hey,

Does anyone by chance know where I can get either screen shots, or the code (or even both)
for the McDonalds Beyblade for the DS latest game? I saw the pic while hanging out with DranzerX13 the other day. And can't even find it on Google now!
Thanks

You could have asked this in the Metal Fight Beyblade DS Bakushin Susanoo topic though ...

I'm 99.9% positive they're going to release a bundle with the system+Kinect for like $299-$399.
Moreover the $400 IMO. The new 360 slim is already $299, so they might just bump 50 bucks off the Kinect to make it a set.

Oh, ok. I didn't see that though! But thanks for the insight.
One more week.

Seriously, I'm so pumped for this.

360 Arcade + Kinect

What Microsoft's doing is so haphazard. The 360 is currently an Alienware box, Kinect is a beastly camera in terms of size, which neither is casual friendly, yet all of Kinect's announced lineup is just that. It'll be successful because of the amount of money Microsoft will throw at it, but I don't think they'll be making money off of it (and anything, I'd think it would put the Xbox division back in the red continuing the trend of that division not making money).

Everything you just stated could also be leveraged against Sony's Move.

They're both stupid endeavors that should never have been created.

Well, not really. Microsoft is reportedly selling every Kinect camera at cost (hence $149). Move will be making money on launch. Kinect is completely new and is going to get a massive marketing campaign. Move is a refinement of older technology and will receive a tiny push in comparison.

Lineup wise, Move has a lot of titles for both. You have the typical Wii knockoffs, and Singstar shovelware (I say this, but I love Singstar, lol) but you've also got stuff like Ape Escape, Echochrome ii, Killzone 3, etc. Kinect has the Wii knockoffs, Kinectimals and non troll question but what?

I still think Move should've been part of a redesigned PS2, as I don't think a $299 PS3 + $100 Move will do much. They could've had PS2 + Move for under $100 and it would've given the console a second life with a lot more Wii/PS2 titles. Although, one would argue, when is the point in the PS2's life time where you just pull the plug.

As it stands though, Kinect will likely out sell Move, but Move will be more profitable than Kinect. Nintendo just sits on the sidelines, and laughs.

I wonder if someone will test the Wii, PS3 and 360?

Probably at the end of the Generation since the consoles are still a bit too pricey to just destroy like that unless someone has $850 to burn

Some people don't care about money.

Nintendo DOES have the 3DS to release, but this is true for the major consoles.
By major, I mean ones that aren't mobile.

I agree with your arguement, but the Kinect just seems like a new and improved eyetoy IMO. It's personally not exciting for me, neither is the Move.

It says 320, I thought it was 230...
It was 320YEN when I posted about it in the Beyblade Random Thoughts topic. When I discovered Flame Pyxis 230WD, I mixed up the Tracks, but I did post to notify that I had made a mistake ...
New Starcraft II trailer looks awesome. I love Blizzard cinematics. If they made a full length film, I would pay to see it.
Best CE Ever:

Gonzo, Jak, Ratchet, Alien from Toy Story sdgfashdfjksbhjldfgldjksfgha I'm preordering this as soon as someone up here says it's available.
Wow. That collector's edition is sick. If I had a PS3, I would totally buy it.

EDIT: ... and money...
I'm currently stuck on MegaMan Network Transmission for the GameCube. Tired I can't beat GutsMan which makes me feel pretty stupid.... Lol I'm gonna see if my friend Keith can beat him next time I see him. Lol I hate GutsMan

GutsMan = DX
MegaMan = XD
Bass = EPIC!!!!

Actually, I think I prefer the 2GB flash drive (I don't have any USB sticks), even if I already have StarCraft and Brood War. Let's face it, you get basically three games with the SCII CE. That's pretty epic.
Well, with any version of LBP2 you gain access to potentially hundreds, if not thousands, of well made games since the creation aspect has been enhanced so greatly (you can build racers, RPGs, shoot 'em ups, etc.). So yeah, :p.

Also, Capcom and Namco Bandai are trying to kill the fighting game genre. They just announced some silly mashup between Street Fighter and Tekken. There will be two games, one developed by Capcom, the other developed by Namco Bandai, and the each one will adapt the other franchise's characters to fit within their franchise's fighting engine. At this point it's really overkill.

I still expect to see thousand of variations on the planet of the dong. Serious

Do you mean kill in a good way? That sounds awesome to me.
