Gaming Random Thoughts

O man, I just looked up some stuff that is coming out for 360 and they look amazing which are Fable 3, Halo: Reach and Gears of War 3. There wasn't really much on Fable 3 or Halo: Reach but Gears of War three has an interesting Trailer.

I'm looking forward to all three of them. Smile
Ok, now THAT sounds like a bot.

Are you sure your not just saying that to cover that you are a bot? Seriously, is it so wrong to be happy about some games that are coming out?
I cant wait for Halo Reach. It looks epic so far.

Yeah, I was trying to joke as well but that had to be the worst ever.
Sorry for the double post but does anyone know where I can go to ask about some problems with Xbox Live? I got the Crash Course Campaign and you are suppose to get achievements for doing things but it doesn't seem to be working, I don't even seem to get the one to do with winning a versus match when I was on the winning team.

If anyone knows what the problem might be then please let me know.
Finally got those carping dogs in the carping Favela. Spec ops is fun on veteran when no dogs or Jugernaughts are involved.

Yeah, no.
Got Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles for the Wii, and I am sooooooooooooo glad that I did! Sonic 3 and Knuckles profile: beat the (Sonic 3) game with all the Chaos Emerald, working on the Sonic and Knucles game and the Super Emeralds.

Threser made a 100% legit post. unless you've played call of duty, you wouldn't understand the post anyway. so why did you even bother to reply?

The Juggernauts are easy, me and a friend did the two "impossible" missions on Veteran (we used youtube guides lol). I have 59 stars on spec ops now (or something like that, not completly sure)

I don't know if it's funny or sad, that two years later only two of those franchises aren't legally playable on a PSP.

How was I even supposed to know that was from Call of Duty? lol

The Favela is a level in CoD 6 Modern Warefare 2 and in a special operations mission you have to kill 50 enemies 10 to 12 of whom are dogs. The dogs aren't a problem if you are holed up in an area with one entrance where you can shoot the dog, but if the dog jumps onto you and you miss the command prompt the dog rips out your throat. I can never get the prompt so it almost always turns into game over. I finally killed all the enemies and dogs on veteran the hardest difficulty.

so you need to understand every post in this thread now? i'll consult you the next time i'm posting here then
Not taking sides or anything, but its very easy to interpret that post from you To as being a jerk; if you can't understand it, don't comment. At least, not in such a condescending manner.

Would probably like to bring this to an end also.
I was just curious about what game he was talking about. Nothing more, nothing less. If I knew he was talking about CoD I wouldn't have commented. Considering Thresher's english was fine, I thought it would be pretty obvious what I was asking with the whole "Speak in a language I can understand" comment...

Peace Walker got a 40/40 from Famitsu. I'd post that in the Peace Walker thread, but I don't like talking to myself. While I'm certain there was some money exchange, at the very least it points towards it being a great game, and likely one of the best, if not the best, games of this year.

you sure sound like hideo kojima

So I started playing Final Fantasy XIII today, I'm about 2 hours in.

Surprisingly I don't hate it yet. Two of the characters are really annoying the carp out of me (I REALLY want Vanille and Hope to die, omfg), but I'm digging the battle system and I'm pretty impressed by the graphics, even considering that I'm playing the super-compressed 360 version.

Too bad I have absolutely no clue what is going on in the story. l'Cie, fal'Cie, wtf? They barely explain any of the mythos behind the game's plot. Hopefully they go more in-depth with that further on in the game because right now I am completely lost. lol

But the fact that I'm even still interested in playing it after 2 hours says a lot I suppose, as I'm a pretty adamant naysayer of JRPGs.
i traded that in almost instantly XD its like the second disc before you even get to a town and everything just gets handed to you. its an rpg with a difficulty for 3 year olds Uncertain
I still haven't picked up XIII, and I kind of don't want to at this point.
