I am poor. I need blades, even broken or lost piece ones(preferably burst, but metal or plastic is OK)

There are giveaways on Youtube (such as Zankye who constantly does them), and even the WBO has some events some time to time in which you can win prizes.

Can't really say that I like to see people beg.
