Well im not so sure about Shu but. What i've seen is that Fumiya's Personality is nothing like Free's and some people have been saying that Free gave him the bey.
Well sorry to burst your bubble but that is not true i studied it a bit and i have seen that Many bladers usually look up to some bladers and some times they just want to copy there bey or style.
We'll just have to wait until Delta battles to confirm him.
