I have heard that 8 allows cho z layers to have more movement on attack setups also cho z layers have enough burst resistance to compensate for 8s burst resistance

8 is lighter than 7 and 0 and its weight is concentrated around the outside this causes an attack type bey using this disc to have more movement compared to the movement using 7 or 0. For the other part,  read about effect of disks on burst resistance it should be somewhere on the wiki.
