Mine would have to be Optimus Prime. There are so many things about Optimus Prime I just love, his name, his design (talking about the one from the movie) and his signature transformation, A large red and blue Flat Back Truck.

My favourite is Jet Jaguar from Gozilla.
Mostly because his on Gozilla and his the only giant robot I can think of ATM.
Plus its awesome how he can change his size.
