hey i have a new bey idea and i want to know two things one is it illegal to use and two can anyone help me make it.

The name for this bey is Dread Reaper (if its not already taken) it is an attack/defence type bey, with the capability of force bursting. let me know as soon as possible.

any non-official beys are illegal to use in tournaments. if it isn't made by Hasbro or Takara Tomy, it's not allowed.
