CALLING ALL BLADERS!
Have you ever wondered "What's a PLA? What is Plastics? How do I get into it?"

Well question no longer, as you'll be able to be apart of the new era of 3D Printed Reproduced Plastics and enjoy the format with a free Beyblade to get you started!

Tournament Information:

We will arrive at the venue at 11:30am to set up.
We plan to start at 12pm if everything goes smoothly. We will be providing Little Caesar's P
izza and breadsticks in-between tournaments as an early dinner/snack before the X Tournament, hosted by liwfie begins.

Free Beyblades???:

As with previous Plastics events hosted by my wife liwfie, Bladers will be provided loaners so they can participate if they do not have their own parts. If you want to bring your own Plastics, it is allowed and you'll be able to have one of the Gift Beys as the third in your deck of three.

This time we will be playing 3on3, so combos will have no repeated parts (per Alternate Deck Construction), but one Beyblade per deck will be a 3D Printed Beyblade that players can take home and use at future events as well.

Thanks to Tuckwolf and Lathyrium for working with me on this project to print and produce these Beyblades for tournament use, as well as to give away.
It was a long and arduous process, that cost us a lot of time and money, but we hope we can make all attendants happy, and persuade you to get into Bakuten Shoot Beyblade with us!

These Beyblades are all competitive combinations, that are staples of the format, and use fully 3D printed parts, or sourced parts and salvaged Weight Disks.
Players will be provided with a launcher and ripcord as well to keep. We will provide replacement parts if anything breaks as soon as we can.

Sponsorship Information:
This tournament is sponsored by BSB Reproducers Round Table, a Discord server I run, focused on getting together the prolific modelers and reproducers of the Beyblade community, who have a love for the Bakuten Shoot Generation. This server aims to focus on creating a future where all people can easily make and produce their own accurate Beyblades so the format can exist indefinitely!

We have a goal for introducing two sub-formats to PLA:
PLA+ (Plus) and PLA++ (Double Plus)
  • PLA+ will focus on introducing anime exclusive Beyblades with approved models of high quality to add to the parts pool to the Plastics format.
  • PLA++ will focus on achieving the dream of bladers who watched the original anime to allow players to create their own Beyblades in the Plastics Systems (within weight range) and allowing them to create original parts to add to the original parts pool, along with anime exclusive parts from PLA+.

All future tournaments hosted by members of the Seattle Beyblade group will be PLA+, so that the anime exclusive prizes for this tournament will be legal for participation at the Plastics Event during Beyblade X PNW coming soon!

Prize Information:

This tournament’s prizes will be sponsored by our good friend, JACK The HANDler. He creates incredible remade models of original Beyblades, anime exclusive Beyblades, and even wholly custom and original designs that he sells files and prints of on the BSB Reproducers Round Table Discord!

Prizes:

Uriel 2
Gabriel 2
Tyranno

1st Place will get first pick, and so on.
Uriel 2 is a Beyblade originally released from Random Booster 8. It is infamous for having gold colored plastic, making it very fragile, so it hasn’t been able to be used without the fear of breakage, until printing has become a reality.
The prize will be printed in black to prevent this from happening for the winner's.
SG Grip Change Base also comes on Gabriel 2, which features an entirely original attack ring, that was only shown in the anime and not produced as a toy. Both Uriel 2 and Gabriel 2 will be given SP Defense Ring as a gift to improve performance as the included SP may be fragile.
The last prize, Tyranno, is an entirely original anime exclusive attack ring, which has been tested and proven to be a beast in attack type combinations!

If an organizer happens to place 1st-3rd, they will give their prize spot to the next winner down to ensure every new player gets a fair shot at these amazing prizes.

Shout Outs!
  • th!nk for creating PlasticsDB and his hard work maintaining the knowledge of PLA to lay the foundation for information in this project.
  • Fanplastic for his hard work scanning and reproducing many plastic Beyblade parts, and making them free and open source for people to print and use to their liking.
  • fabelavalon for troubleshooting prints, models, and making sure this project went smoothly!
  • Angry Face for his Metal Ball Base Replacement, and help provided!
  • Shindog for making the Shin TA a reality and allowing the best gameplay for this gen to exist affordably, and unfragile!
  • ShayBlader for his great sticker scans, that allowed us to give us these Beyblades stickers.
  • ReverendRip for allowing us to use Life Community Church for this event! The extra time allowed will surely make this event an amazing one the Seattle Beyblade community will remember!
