Its just a gif for your hatchling form, it will 'wake up' when it becomes a child.

mine hatched like 5 minutes ago. yay! i named it giratina, after my first legendary and dragon type pokemon, and gave it the water element, scince there is no electric element. kinda looks like giratina with those coulors.
