[Draft]  Performance Tip - Zone

Zone (ゾーン, Zōn) is a Performance Tip released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Superking Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-160 Booster King Helios Zone 1Bon March 28th, 2020.
==Description==
Zone features a sharp tip, akin to a smaller Survive, encased in a free spin plate, that sits at the standard height. In theory the sharp tip would lower the friction between Zone and the stadium, while the plate would help in acceleration. In truth while both gimmicks work, Zone’s stamina is more prominent than its Attack power, able to somewhat go toe to toe with other stamina tips such as Revolve and Xtend+, but much like Guard, the ring’s scrape diminishes stamina rather quickly. Unlike the former two, it can also be somewhat used in tornado staller combos as it can aggressively circle the tornado ridge when launched at it.

With the +Z chip, Zone’s plate becomes larger and spins more freely, while with the +X chip, it becomes locked. Both chips’ metallic structure results in lowered friction and decreased Knockout resistance as a result, but the former gains more niche in spin equalisation combinations due to how the chips’ width keep it upright near the end of a battle and unlike the latter, keeps the free spinning component, increasing its spin equalisation potential at the cost of stamina.
==Use in spin equalisation combinations==
Zone can be used in the spin equalisation combination Dynamite+F Perseus/Belial II/Valkyrie I Over/Tapered Zone+Z-0/3/9/10 for spinning Right and Vanish Longinus Over/Tapered Zone+Z-0/10 for spinning  left. The rubber on Vanish/Dynamite+F gives the combo its spin equalisation potential, and is boosted by the heavy weight of the discs, weight distribution of the armors and Zone+Z’s own LAD. It is recommended to use a layer that spins opposite to your opponent for Zone+Z does not have the best same spin stamina. For the limited format, Geist Fafnir can be used for left spinning combinations while Screw Trident/Deep Chaos can be used for right spin, with the latter’s same spin stamina being able to compensate for Zone’s.
==Overall==
===Standard===
While Zone has equal stamina to Revolve and Xtend+, the placement of the ring causes scraping issues that prevent it from being TOP tier. While the  advent of +Z may have improved it slightly, it’s dash counterpart outclasses it due to the stronger spring lock.

As such, Zone is not a must have but is a welcome addition to any blader’s collection.
===Limited===
Due to its dash counterpart being banned from this format, Zone can be paired up with +Z for use in spin equalisation combinations. While Drift is preferable, Zone+Z is a good replacement.

As such, Zone is a must have for competitive bladers.
===Classic===
The lack of left spin layers in the format and presence of its dash counterpart makes zone useless in this format, as such it’s is meant for collection purposes only,
