[Draft]  Performance Tip - High Accel'

High Accel' (ハイアクセル, Hai Akuseru) is a Performance Tipreleased by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Superking Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-176 Random Booster Vol. 23 on December 26th, 2020.
==Description==
High Accel' features a plastic flat tip with a small diameter, akin to Flat from Metal Fight Beyblade, and sits at a slightly taller height compared to most tips, much like 230 compared to other Spin Tracks from the Metal Saga. The center of the Driver also contains an embossed logo featuring a stylized letter "A" for easy differentiation from other Drivers. Due to the surface area, High Accel' will create an aggressive, and if launched at an angle, somewhat easily controllable movement pattern. In terms of speed, High Accel' is faster than Blowbut is slower than Xtreme, capable of reaching and stalling on the Tornado Ridge. Due to the plastic construction, High Accel' is an excellent choice for both Mobile Stamina and Attack/Stamina Balance Combinations. Furthermore, the solid construction also ensures that High Accel'will not wear out like other Tips such as Xtreme nor be damaged like Zephyr.

However, High Accel''s plastic construction is also a weakness as Attack Combinations using High Accel' can lose their Banking Pattern somewhat easily, especially if the Combinations are unbalanced, worsened by its height. Furthermore, the low friction means that High Accel' is liable to Self-Knock-Outs.
Like its predecessor, Accel' features a much thicker spring in its locking mechanism, increasing High Accel''s Burst Resistance.
==Use in Attack combinations==
High Accel' can be used in the Attack combination Savior/Ultimate Valkyrie 2/Belial 2/Perseus Giga/Nexus+S/Karma/Legacy High Accel'-3/9.(Or Guilty Longinus/Fafnir/Bahamut-2). The heavy weight of Giga/Nexus+S/Karma/Legacy bolsters the burst Attack power of Savior/Ultimate/Guilty whilst the weight of the Core(Perseus/Longinus especially) and Blade, as well as the Core’s strong teeth(as well as Belial II’s burst stopper and Bahamut’s rubber locks), can withstand the recoil.
==Overall==
Like its predecessor, High Accel' is a viable Driver if one struggles to control rubber Drivers such as XtremeHunter, and Jolt. Furthermore, with the stronger spring lock, High Accel' can be used on Cores with weak teeth, such as Valkyrie, giving it greater versatility.
This is also boosted by the advent of the Low lying Dynamite Battle Discs such as Giga and Over, which allows it function like its standard counterpart with a lower scrape risk.

As such, High Accel' is not a must have but a welcome addition to any blader’s collection.

Question: Do DB discs reduce High drivers self destabilisation risk?
