==Description==
Anchor is an attack type performance tip with a Wide Flat tip, akin to Assault, and a cog like perimeter made of rubber.

Theoretically, Anchor’s rubber piece is supposed to help increase its speed by rubbing against the floor, causing acceleration. However, in practice, the acceleration is minor at best. Furthermore, the Assault-like tip has also resulted in it having equally poor stamina and control, and the rubber piece severely reduces life after death potential.
==Overall==
While Anchor’s gimmick is interesting, its tip gives it poor stamina and control, rendering it useless compared to Common rubber Attack tips such as Quick' and Xtreme'.
As such, it is for collection purposes only.

I can't really agree with the collection purposes only part. I mean don't get me wrong its pretty bad, but in my experiences with Anchor it's shown itself to be a pretty experimental and fun to use driver.

But technically rule of thumb is Xtreme=benchmark for good Attack tip.
Eh, can't really argue with that.
