Arc is a Main Blade in the Custom Line that features two large, thin blades with numerous gaps in the center portions of both the metal and plastic sections meant to maximize the Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and subsequent Flywheel effect to increase Stamina potential. While the blades of Arc are sloped and thus can create a degree of Upper Attack and Destabilization, the design of the Custom Line means that the Main Blade is situated higher than the Blades of the Basic and Unique Lines and contact is more likely to occur on the Assist Blade when against BX and UX combinations which severely hampers the Destabilization potential of Arc and can instead put the Arc combination at risk of being struck from below and destabilized, if not Burst outright. Furthermore the gaps between the blades and the indents on the second half of the blades incur recoil.
At 29.4 grams, Arc is one of the lightest Main Blades at the time of writing. However, with the addition of the Lock Chip and Assist Blade an Arc combination can easily be brought up to a weight comparable to commonly used Stamina Blades in the Basic and Unique Lines (Ex. The stock combination of WizardArc with the Round Assist Blade can bring the Arc Blade to 35.8 grams, outweighing WizardRod by 0.5 grams).
