It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-151 Random Booster Vol. 17 on October 19th, 2019.
==Description==
Tact is a left spin layer base with 6 rubber blades that are stored away. In theory the rubber blades would alter Tact’s Attack and defense potential for various situations by the use of various layers weights to alter which blades stick out and which stay put. However, it is worth noting Tact’s various modes are very lacking.
Tact's blades are pushed out when used with particular weights (eg Sen or Goku push out all 6). When not using a weight that pushes out those blades (eg Gen), the blades will extend anyway due to the rotation of the Bey, and while ensuring a circular shape don't change how the Bey performs massively due to the size of the Blades. Similarly, when pushed out (which presumably is the Attack mode) the blades are too small to have any substantial impact and don't stick out far enough to deal damage.

Tact’s gimmick, while interesting, is too inconsistent and is outclassed by the much more flexible Lord. It is also too light to be competitive upon the release of teh Superking Layer System.

As such, Tact is only for collection purposes only.
I'd say that instead of the modes being 'lacking' , they just don't change how the Bey performs enough to be significant. Basically, Tact's blades are pushed out when used with particular weights (eg Sen or Goku push out all 6).
