[Draft]  Layer Base - Flare (Takara Tomy)

Flare (フレア, Furea) is a Layer Base released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Gatinko Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-146 Random Booster Vol. 16 on July 20th, 2019.
Flare is a wide stamina layer base resembling Grand and Heaven, consisting of 2 wing like blades that become segmented. Flare's blades are split into 6 sections, 3 on each blade, each blade containing a metal ball and a track.

In theory each metal ball should move outward as the Bey rotates to generate a large centrifugal force, akin to Zillion and Galaxy Zeus. Like the former, the balls being on the edge of the layer can give Flare combinations a lot of stamina.

However, Flare has some weaknesses. Firstly, like other Stamina Bases, it exposes less of a Gatinko Chip's teeth, slightly reducing the Chip's Burst resistance. Secondly, due to the nature of the Gatinko Layer System, much of the Flare Base's weight will not be concentrated at the edges of the Layer, but closer to the center due to the shape of Layer Weights, reducing its Stamina potential slightly. That said, the 6 metal balls' weight can offset this.
==Use in Stamina Combinations==
Flare can be used in the Stamina combination Flare Diabolos I/Dragon I/ValkyrieWheel/Outer Eternal/Atomic Goku. The outward weight distribution and heavy weight of Diabolos I and Goku increases ko resistance while the strong teeth of Diabolos I/Dragon I/Valkyrie can offset Flare's low burst resistance.
 Wheel and Outer help maximise whatever stamina has, along with Eternal and Atomic's own stamina.
While its similarities to Grand hold it back, Flare is a decently good stamina base for Right Spin Gatinko Layer System combinations, but should not be used over layers such as Archer Hercules, which haev more stamina and OWD. Furthermore, with the release of Tempest and Cyclone, Flare has become outclassed.

As such, Flare is not a must have but is still a worthy addition to a blader's collection.
