Burn Phoenix (バーンフェニックス, Bān Fenikkusu) is an Energy Layer released by Takara Tomy as part of Metal Fight Beyblade's 10th Anniversary for the Burst System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-158 Random Booster Vol. 19 on February 22nd, 2020.
==Description==
Burn Phoenix is an adaptation of the Hybrid Wheel System's Phoenix Face Bolt and Energy Ring, as well as the Burn Fusion Wheel, for the Burst System. As such, it features a nearly round shape interrupted by 2 ridges, akin to Infinity, with a fire motif inside, with the interior having a flaming bird head that depicts "Phoenix", one of the 88 constellations in space. Like most Metal Saga Remakes, it features metal on the interior.
In theory, the energy layer would produce a high Flywheel effect akin to Deathscyther and Dark Deathscyther and have excellent resultant Stamina, while this does happen, in practice the metal distribution severely weakens the effect. Furthermore, it is way too light to even compete with current Stamina parts such as Dynamite+F. Its low recoil shape, however, lowers recoil taken, which is useful due to the layer's poor teeth.
==Overall==
Burn Phoenix's light weight make it worthless to use competitively. As such, it is for collection purposes only
