A Gear (Aギア) is an Evolution Gear accessory released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Dynamite Battle Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-201 Zest Achilles Customize Set on August 6th, 2022.
==Description==
Takara Tomy's A Gear is an Evolution Gear that is only compatible with the Divine BU Blade. As an Evolution Gear derived from the Achilles line of Beyblades, the A Gear features a gimmick reminiscent of the Union, Infinite and Zest Sword accessories: the A Gear attaches to the underside of Divine, allowing it to switch between two different modes.
Theoretically, when the A Gear is placed on Divine, it should be able to change between a 6 bladed Defense Mode and a 3 bladed Attack Mode. Of the 2 modes, the 3 blade mode seems to have greater success in its intended purpose, performing similarly to more commonly seen options such as Ultimate.
==Overall==
Divine's increased attack power when paired with A gear makes it somewhat viable for use. While more common meta options like Xiphoid and Ultimate are preferred, Divine+A Gear has comparable performance.
As such, A Gear is not a must have but is a worthy addition to any blader's collection if they intend to use Divine.
(Notes:Need information on A Gear 6 bladed, Divine+A consistency vs Xiphoid and Guilty).
