uh well it actually needs some smash to do so which it doesn't really have so how is it surprising....

@Nwolf Clear wheels make little difference to attack and a wheel has not had upper attack yet so I doubt we'll get one after a year. Also if we could get it the metal wheel would determine it not the clear wheel...
