The WBO currently does not have dark mode. The reason for this is that — forgive me if this is the wrong answer, for the last time I saw the reason was years(?) ago — the WBO staff find it not the effort at the moment. Coding is hard, after all, and they have lots of more important things to do. For now, you may download certain browser extensions that can mimic dark mode, as some WBO users did
