In the First Stage, Bladers compete using a deck of three Beyblades with no repeating or banned parts. Each deck must pass judge inspection before every match.
In the Final Stage, Bladers register a list of three Beyblades, with the option to register up to two additional Beyblades as a side deck. The registered deck and side deck must follow all format restrictions including no repeating or banned parts. Bladers must start each match with the main list of three Beyblades they registered.
The side deck is optional. Parts used in the side deck may also appear in the main deck; however, no parts may be repeated within the side deck itself. When side decking the main deck should still be format legal with no repeating parts after the swap. Side decking only happens between sets in a match.

Tournament Rules
The rules will follow WBO standard rules with some optional rules and clarification listed below:
Locked Deck List- Final Stage
Deck lists of 3-5 beys depending on that match format are submitted and locked in before the final stage of tournament. This cannot change at any point in the final stage without permission from a judge, head judge or host for valid reasons.
Out-of-bounds Over Finish
Stadium outs will be considered an over finish(2points) and must occur naturally. We do not encourage purposefully making this happen with launch technique and intentional midair contact/ratchet sniping. If we catch you trying to cause stadium outs, warnings will be given and possible disqualification with no refund.
Deck order
Every player must present the order of their beys to your judge secretly before the battle and after each reshuffle. If you do not have a deck box the judge will provide you with one. Judges will hold onto the deck boxes.
Launch Positions
Per WBO official rules, the launch position will be decided before the match via player agreement, rock paper scissors etc. The only time launch positions change via WBO is in between sets, NOT during a single match. Example: Grand Finals in between each set the loser of the previous set decides the launch position.
Day of:
Changing your Beyblades and parts in between matches will disqualify you with no refunds! It's only acceptable to change a part if it is busted or broken and has to be the same kind of part with the knowledge and approval of a judge or host. If a tournament stage uses a locked deck list, you must register your deck using the Google Form provided in the Discord or Linktree before that stage begins.
Reshuffling will take no longer than 1 minute.
Painted Beys are allowed as long as they’re not on the outside of the blade per TT/WBO rules and subject to the organizers’ discretion. Stickers are allowed on your Beyblades gear chip. Gundam/Oil Marker painted beys and Ink painted beys like 1o1 Cuztoms are allowed at our tournaments
Respect your opponents, judges, staff and other guests in the venue. Any rowdy or disrespectful behavior and bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated!
Please be advised that this tournament will make use of the following optional rules in addition to, or in place of, rules listed in the Format Rulebook:
Locked Bey list
- Before the start of each stage of the tournament, you must submit a Bey list to the tournament organizer.
- A Bey list is a written list of complete Bey combinations (e.g. DranBrave S6-60V). The number of Beys that can be included in the Bey list depends on the match type:
- 1on1: 1 to 3 Beys
- 3on3: 3 to 5 Beys
- WBO Deck and P3C1: 1 to 5 Beys
- 1on1: 1 to 3 Beys
- During Bey selection, you may only select Beys from your Bey list for that stage of the tournament.
- Between sets during a best-of-3 match, you may select any Bey from your Bey list during Bey selection.
- Multiple copies of the same part can be included in a Bey list, but multiple copies of the same part cannot be selected during Bey selection.
- The Beys registered as a side deck cannot have repeating parts within the side deck.
- The side deck can contain parts that are also included in the main deck, as long as the deck used for each match contains no repeating parts.
Out-of-bounds over finish
- If the opposing Bey leaves the battle area through the launch area and becomes out-of-play, instead of voiding the battle, it will be considered as scoring a over finish.
Adjust before presenting
- Beys must be adjusted before being presented to the opponent, and cannot be adjusted after.
Painted blades allowed
- Blades can be decorated with paint provided it does not affect performance, and is not applied to areas of the blade that touch other parts of the assembled Bey.
- Metal parts of blades can be dyed as long as they can be disassembled and reassembled without damage or any other modification. Plastic parts must not be dyed, as it may result in damage.
- Paint may not be applied to metal lock chips such as Valkyrie and Emperor.
