Custom Camouflage

I finally got my hands on an airsoft rifle, and I was wondering if anyone else paints their own custom camouflage for anything like Airsoft, Paintball, or even clothing. I painted tiger print on an M16A4 replica I bought. I used bright red acrylic paint but I came out bright orange when it dried. Though I was hoping for a different color, I am still pleased with the final result. It took about 2 hours for each side because I decided to do it free hand instead of stenciled.

Do they work now? I had to go make a new photobucket account to upload them, but I could see them before so I don't know if anything has changed.
