Location Details
  • We will be meeting at the Shoreline Library - Large meeting room
  • Bladers can arrive at 11:30 AM
  • Roll call at 11:50 AM
  • Battles start at 12:00 PM so make sure you’re ready to go and have your Beyblades and strategies in place.
  • Bladers arriving after 12:00 PM will not be able to participate. Use the #im-on-my-way channel in the Seattle Beyblade Discord and keep us updated on your ETA! 
  • If you have not communicated anything in that chat and you've not arrived at 1:30, brackets will start and you will be dropped from the tournament.
  • Food will not be provided by the host(s) of this event. Please bring something to eat.
  • Likewise, bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated!
  • Please ask the Organizer before leaving to get any food. You could miss your matches; which will be marked as a loss, if you don't let the Organizer know ahead of time.

Group Stage:

Optional rules in play:

Painted blades allowed
  1. Blades can be decorated with paint provided it does not affect performance, and is not applied to areas of the blade that touch other parts of the assembled Bey.
  2. Metal parts of blades can be dyed as long as they can be disassembled and reassembled without damage or any other modification. Plastic parts must not be dyed, as it may result in damage.
  3. Paint may not be applied to metal lock chips such as Valkyrie and Emperor.
Out-of-bounds finish
  1. If the opposing Bey leaves the battle zone through the launch area and becomes unable to return, instead of restarting the battle, it will be considered an out-of-bounds finish.
  2. You initiate an out-of-bounds finish when the opposing Bey exits the battle zone through the launch area, and score when it becomes unable to return to the battle zone.
  3. An out-of-bounds finish is worth 1 point.

Community Need To Knows:
  • Please use common sense hygiene rules and wear deodorant and take a shower prior to the event!
  • We will be using the public venue a while for this double header event, and no one wants to smell a stinky blader!Words
  • Feel free to bring any stadiums you would like for the free play area on the side, but make sure you pay attention and are ready when called for your matches.
  • Tournament matches always take priority over free play, we are on a time limit depending on the venue, and need to be respectful of everyone's time Smile
  • Please let the organizers of the event if anything happens during your matches with a judging call as soon as possible so we can clarify any issues or rectify any mistakes as we go!
  • Honesty and transparency is key, and we strive to do our best for you guys.
