What you could try is finding scans of it somewhere, and printing them on sticker paper.

But the URL is invalid (along with some others) and I can't recall if it was you who uploaded these or someone else, but if he wants to try that, maybe you could help him. I don't believe it was you, but you might still have them laying around saved on your computer or something, idk.
Otherwise, I don't think you'll have much luck finding an actual sticker sheet. Printing them yourself is your best option.
