You need-
BBG-13 Synchrom Battle Set (contains Pirates Killerken)
BBG-15 Metal Stone Face Ocean Blue
BBG-16 Dark Knight Dragooon

Considering that he usually has the best prices around, you'd get it for a pretty nice price.
However, buying the Synchrom Battle Set isn't exactly worth. You'd like to consider buying Killerken separately.

Or a better option of getting Killerken is getting BBG-25 Ultimate Synchrom DX Set (Defense and Stamina). This set comes with extremely useful parts, and is certainly a better buy compared to the Synchrom Battle Set. Then again, its roughly double the price...

Instead of getting either of those sets you could get one of the ones in the random boosters that had killerken like:
