Dude clearly stated "US or Canada only". On that note, that really lessens his chances of finding the Attack Stadium - a stadium that is already not the easiest to obtain. Basically, the only way to get the Attack Stadium (unless you are lucky and find someone in Canada or the U.S. selling one) is to order one online either through G-Market where you can buy the stadium separately or through online stores and auction sites like ebay, where you'll have to find a set (BB-09, BB-32, etc) that comes with an Attack Stadium.

It was around $25 to ship from Korea to the US, but is there more charged for the domestic half of the shipping?

Its included with your total pay..its the part where you pay 2500WON <- Thats for domestic (Seller to GMarket).
