I'm looking for the launcher in this picture, can't seem to find it anywhere, even just the white grip to get me started.

That launcher is the one that comes with Dragoon G. I've got the white grip for sale new if you want it. It doesn't come with the blue parts though so you'll have to try and find those elsewhere.
