Uncustomized, it would have to be, IMO:

1. Flame Byxis 230WD
2. Earth Eagle 145WD

Can't answer your first q, but here's my answer to the second one. Anyone more experienced can correct me if I'm wrong about the order of these or if I missed one though.

Uncustomized, it would have to be, IMO:

1. Flame Byxis 230WD
2. Earth Eagle 145WD

Hell Kerbecs defeats the easily even Basalt defeats Earth Aquila and Flame Byxis.
