Is plain 145 or DF145 better for defense combinations

Neither would be good, but DF145 is better, as it weighs 1.5 grams more.
If you're looking for defence, go to C145 or GB145 as a track.

Which would be better for an attack combo or atleast a good balance between attack and stamina? CS or RSF

CS, as RSF is purely for defence purposes, CS at least has some attack movement, when worn out.

Coat Sharp; RSF isn't good for Stamina at all, while CS has excellent Attack Power and can be launched in Stamina mode.

I would say DF145 for the extra weight, but neither are good for Defense.

its way to light to help with the fly wheel effect

I am not too sure about that ...

If the way its weight is distributed helps, then what does it help, hm ? The flywheel effect, slightly but as much as it can.
