But if you want good smash, you need speed, and if you need speed, you sacrifice stamina.

Those things are sort of opposite.

Stamina - Spins long, durable

Attack - Spins short, recoil

145 is proven to be better than DF145 like Flame Bull 145SD is good DF145 doesn't spin as long as 145 For some reason.

Additional weight? Unalignment? Maybe. But I can't say because I've yet to get Aquila (and 145). Of course when I do I'm going Earth all the way.
